Shipping & Delivery
All guitars are built to order and typically ship in 60-90 days. If a component of your build is back-ordered or out-of-stock we will notify you with estimated shipping times. Shipping times may vary based on your state/country of origin. Shipments are made with either FedEx based on best possible delivery. Shipping notifications and tracking information will be provided when orders are processed and ready for shipment.
Engraved Customs are non-cancellable. Other orders may be cancelled prior to delivery, but are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty
Guitars have a 5 YEAR limited warranty. The Limited Warranty will be void (not covered) under the following conditions: a) any modified product, b) moisture, c) salt/smoke/contaminants, d) natural disasters, e) accidents, f) abuse, g) fretwork not performed by Jameson/DZPL or h) lack of reasonable care. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. No representative or person is authorized to represent or assume for Jameson/DZPL any liability in connection with the sale of servicing of our products. Jameson shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
For USA warranties, Jameson will provide its own service and parts at no charge, provided the Customer includes "proof of purchase" (receipt or invoice). If covered under warranty: 1 to 90 days, Jameson pays ground shipping both ways. 91 days to 365 days, the Customer pays shipping to Jameson, and Jameson pays return ground shipping. Over one year, the Customer pays for shipping both ways.
For International warranties, Jameson will provide its own service and parts at no charge, provided the Customer includes "proof of purchase" (receipt or invoice). The Customer will cover shipping both ways.
Note that the warranty is not transferrable, so is only applicable to the original owner of the gear in question.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you can return your order for a full-refund within 30 days of purchase with our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee*. All returns must be in original packaging, brand-new condition, and show no signs of wear, scratches or scuffs. Please contact a Private Label representative prior to shipping any returns. No return will be processed without prior written notice. Postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
If product deficiency is do to accidental or user damage, product may not be returned.
Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return order to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. If requesting a replacement for a defective item, your item must first be reviewed by our repair department. If the item shows signs of misuse, tampering, or damage the warranty is void. If the unit can be repaired, repair costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a void warranty, the customer will be billed for shipping costs to and from the repair facility. If the item is deemed a manufacturer defect, the defective unit will be replaced with a new or like-new replacement item, pending available stock. If the item is not in stock, efforts will be made to expedite the replacement of the item. If the item is being tested under warranty and is deemed in proper working condition, buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges to and from the repair facility.

*Any custom shop orders with personalized engraving are non-cancellable and cannt be exchanged or refunded, but are covered under our 5 year warranty terms.
Ordering
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your country's customs office to determine possible additional costs prior to completing your purchase.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Jameson by Dean Zelinsky reserves the right to adjust product pricing without prior written notice. As well, Private Label Guitars reserves the right to start and terminate sales and/or promotions without prior written notice.
